All profits are invested in running the Young Potential charity and supporting work with young people.

How to Work with People... Especially Young People is a highly engaging and interactive 4 session training course that provides a range of new insights and practical skills, interesting case studies and bright ideas, for anyone who is just getting started in working with people (especially young people) or hopes to work with young people in the future.

Challenge or Opportunity is a 4 day course providing an in depth look at how to effectively engage with and support challenging young learners through creating receptivity, motivation and commitment.

Working with Hard to Reach Young People looks at why young people have difficulty in engaging with learning and what practical steps trainers can take to create better learning environments.

Your Community, Your Challenge is an engaging community cohesion workshop that explores community politics, groups dynamics and local relationships and directly addresses the attitudes and prejudices that block developmental and regeneration work in disadvantaged communities.
